In our opinion, the most ecological product is the one that can be kept for many years and that can be repaired. Thus, our number one challenge when we manufacture our products is to ensure their quality.
A mastered manufacturing process.
To do so, manufacturing in reasonable quantities is essential to guarantee the best follow-up of the different production steps. Our partner workshop is a human-sized workshop, made up of small production teams with a great deal of know-how in high-end leather goods. But due to the complexity of our products (we have chosen to design very functional bags with, by nature, a lot of interior storage), the time spent on each of our pieces is very important. And the number of products we can produce each week is necessarily limited.
An essential control of our leathers.
Our choice to work mainly with vegetable tanned leathers also requires a lot of patience. This process is indeed longer than a classic mineral tanning, and requires numerous control phases. And if we have the slightest doubt about the good behaviour of a leather, we repeat these test phases to be sure that everything will go well during the cutting and assembly of the different parts that make up our bags.
Produce less and produce better.
Faced with the negative impacts of unbridled over-consumption, we are also very sensitive to the need to slow down production rates in order to limit any over-production that is harmful to the environment. Our objective is not to fill our stocks with products, but to offer you the best products that will accompany you for many years.
Collections systematically renewed.
If the product you are looking for is no longer available at the moment but still present on our website, it is because it is in production. By leaving us your email, you will be informed as soon as it will be available for sale again.
So we hope that like us, you will be patient if the product you want is not available. And don't hesitate to write or call us, we will be happy to give you more information about the reception dates of our next collections.
